Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Demo units require a fully refundable security deposit. We accept all major credit cards.
How do you accept payment?
For first time customers, we prefer for the payment to be with a credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, but you may pay by cash, company check or debit card as well.
Can you bill me?
Business accounts may be established upon credit approval. You can contact our office and we will forward a credit application for you to complete, or print and complete the Credit Application under the resources tab on our website. Once we receive your completed credit application, please allow up to 10 days for credit approval.
What do I need to tow with?
You will need to tow with a vehicle properly matched to the weight of whatever piece of equipment you are transporting. Also, while towing, 60% of the weight of the equipment needs to be in front of the axle on the trailer. You also need to have a receiver style hitch on your vehicle with the proper sized ball. All of our equipment uses either a 2″ or 2 5/16″ ball.
If I bring in my equipment for service, how long will it take to get it back?
Most routine repairs can be turned around in one to three business days.
When is a good time to have my machine serviced?

Does A to Z work on equipment under warranty?
Yes, we are an authorized warranty shop on many major brands. Call for details.
If my machine is in for repair, does A to Z give out loaners?
Yes, on some items. Call for details.
